Goodreads Choice Awards 2012 Winners

Every year, Goodreads let users vote on their pick of the "Best Book of the Year" in a contest called Goodreads Choice Awards

I know this is a bit late but I wanted to post it because I was only able to view the whole list of winners today so I figured, why not share it on my blog? I didn't get to vote in all categories but, based from what I remember, I voted in the Fiction, Goodreads author, Young Adult Fiction, and Middle Grade & Children's categories.

Goodreads is a privately run "social cataloging" website started in December 2006 by Otis Chandler, a software engineer and entrepreneur. The website permits individuals to freely search their extensive database of books, annotations and reviews. Users can also sign up and register books to create their library catalogs and reading lists. It allows users to create their own groups of book suggestions and discussions. In December 2007, the site had over 650,000 members and over 10,000,000 books added. As of July 2012, the site reported 10 million members, 20 million monthly visits, and 30 employees.
